How long will it take for my snacks to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your door.
What is the return policy for food items?
To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns on snack products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are Utz products gluten-free?
Many of our products, including most of our classic potato chips, are naturally gluten-free. Please check the 'Gluten-Free' label on the individual product pages or the physical packaging for specific dietary information.
How do you ensure the freshness of the products during shipping?
We ship directly from our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. Our packaging is designed to protect the snacks from breakage and maintain a fresh, airtight seal until they reach you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where can I find the expiration date on my snack bag?
The 'Best By' date is printed on the front or back of every package. This date ensures you are enjoying our snacks at their peak flavor and crunch.
